A fantastic book for anyone like me who is a bit of a rookie chef, containing brilliantly simple and tasty recipes. The book takes you through everything in basic steps and includes lots of photos so you can keep checking your delicious food is looking as it should.<\/p>\n

Nathan Outlaw’s British Seafood<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Great book for any seafood enthusiastic. Beautifully presented and a great coffee table book as well as containing cover to cover scrumptiousness. The book has recipes for almost all sea food you can find in the seas surrounding our little country.<\/p>\n

Bill’s Food<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Australian Bill Granger\u2019s laid back and aspirational lifestyle transfers brilliantly into this gorgeous book. The photography is stunning and the brunch recipes are especially fantastic.<\/p>\n

YO Sushi: The Japanese Cookbook<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Brilliant starter book from the popular Sushi chain. I imagine it might not be as authentic as some other sushi books out there but it\u2019s a great introduction. Although a lot of the ingredients probably aren\u2019t already in your cupboard so some of the recipes can be a little bit expensive at first. But once you’ve got a nice selection of Japanese foods in your cupboards, it’s not too bad.<\/p>\n

Ainsley Harriott’s Barbecue Bible<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

This is a rad BBQ book. Its strengths are two fold.<\/p>\n

1. The recipes are varied and brilliantly tasty.<\/p>\n

2. The photographs of Ainsley are superbly hilarious. Example:<\/p>\n
