Down at 5 Degrees West in Falmouth, they have an ever changing and fine selection of Ales and Ciders. It’s one of my favourite places to try new drinks, recently I had the pleasure of trying another fine Cornish ale there.
Penryn Pale Ale is named after the Cornish town and the home of the Rebel Brewery company. Its a beautiful bronze ale and their take on the classic Indian Pale Ale. It has a hoppy, fruity smell and a gorgeous slightly citrus taste which leaves a brilliant mellow bitterness.
