Longboarding is something which is epically cool in person and that coolness transfers onto camera perfectly. This video shows some skilled ladies carving down some gorgeous mountain scenery. It’s a great video which I stumbled across when looking at The Decemberists on youtube, it also made me want to go out and buy a longboard.

Lots of people have a long list of things they want to do in their lifetime. This is just a relatively short list of things I want to do in the near future, all in the great outdoors. Catch a Lobster – This has got to be the diamond of underwater foraging. I’d either like to snorkel for one or a bit more realistically, by using a pot. Zipline – I’d love to have a go at one of…

I don’t know what makes this video so cool. Is it the great filming and edit? The awesome music? Or is it just the fact that it’s an amazing HUMAN SLINGSHOT! Who knows?

You don’t actually see very many big fish when you are snorkelling and very rarely in the close distance which you need. This leads me onto my next point… 2. Those fish…

I love looking at really old postcards, I find looking at photographs of how places used to be really interesting, it makes me wonder what the places I love now will look like in 50 or 60 years time. I also really enjoy reading the messages on the back and trying to decipher the beautiful swirly writing lots of people used to have.   St Michaels Mount   Falmouth   St Ives   Padstow   Polperro
